Customer.io
Arcade.dev LLM tools for Customer.io
1.0.1Customer.io is a customer messaging platform; this toolkit lets LLM agents manage contacts, campaigns, and messaging workflows inside a Customer.io workspace.
Capabilities
- Contact management — create, update, look up, and delete person records; record custom events and list a person's activity history, messages, and segment memberships.
- Audience & segmentation — list all workspace segments, inspect segment members, and search for people by segment membership and/or attribute values.
- Campaign & newsletter insights — list campaigns and newsletters; read aggregate delivery metrics for either over a configurable period.
- Broadcasts & transactional messaging — list broadcasts and transactional templates; trigger API broadcasts to segments or explicit recipient lists; send transactional emails by template ID.
Secrets
All four secrets must be configured before any tool call is made.
-
CUSTOMERIO_SITE_ID— The Site ID that identifies your workspace for the Tracking API. Find it in your Customer.io workspace under Settings → API Credentials → Tracking API. It is paired withCUSTOMERIO_TRACKING_API_KEY. -
CUSTOMERIO_TRACKING_API_KEY— The secret key that authenticates Tracking API calls (event recording, identify/delete person). Retrieved from the same Settings → API Credentials → Tracking API page as the Site ID. See the Customer.io Tracking API credentials docs for details. -
CUSTOMERIO_APP_API_KEY— A Bearer token used by the App API (campaigns, newsletters, broadcasts, people search, transactional email, etc.). Create one under Settings → API Credentials → App API Keys; the key is shown only once at creation time. See the Customer.io App API credentials docs for details. -
CUSTOMERIO_REGION— The data region for your workspace (usoreu). Determines which API endpoints are called. Find your region in Settings → Account Settings; accounts created after 2020 on the EU data center useeu, all others useus.
