Microsoft Users

The MicrosoftUsers toolkit connects Arcade to the Microsoft Graph API, enabling LLMs to read user profiles and navigate organizational hierarchy within a Microsoft 365 tenant.

Capabilities

• Profile lookup — Resolve one or more users by email address, UPN, or user ID; automatically selects single vs. batch Graph API calls and returns job title, department, office location, and org data.
• Current user identity — Retrieve the authenticated user's own profile including name, email, job title, department, office location, and tenant domain.
• Org hierarchy traversal — Fetch a user's direct reports (paginated list of users and org contacts) or their direct manager; handles edge cases such as top-level executives with no manager.
• Tenant-scoped only — All tools require a Microsoft 365 work or school account; personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) are not supported.
